Terms of Payment We accept credit and debit cards. Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. We also accept Business & Personal Checks. Returned check fee is $35. No credit accounts are accepted. All payments are due at time of order. Design fee's/samples, etc for custom tiles are due at time of review.
Pricing All prices are subject to change without advance notice. All quotes are valid for 30 days.
Custom Designed Tiles Design fees are billed at $75/hr. Custom tiles are priced individually, not by the sq ft. On a custom design order, cost per mold, die, making etc will be quoted separately.
Product Line Pricing Tiles that are in our product line are priced as stated, per tile and per sq ft.
No Minimum Order
Product Information Copper, Brass or any metal has its own unique characteristics, and tend to change with time. Depending on the environmental factors, usage, and maintenance. Copper is a preferred design element for these very reasons. The clients chosen finish, use, and maintenance methods will define the degree of the Tiles variation of appearance over time.
Warranty & Liability All tiles produced by the Hand Made Tile Company is warranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and material. No other warranty is expressed or implied. If at the Hand Made Tile Company examination a defect is found to have occurred, it shall be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
Refunds or Returns No refunds are offered for custom designed items. We will however offer to make alterations where possibly to satisfy and please the client.
Shipping All orders are shipped FOB from our location, within time quoted by the Representative to produce the product. In the unlikely event of a production delay, Client will be notified promptly. No refunds, partial or otherwise are to be offered for delays.
